We are seeking an Agent & Producer to join our UK office. As part of our core production team, you will work closely alongside all other members of the Jacky Winter staff, including our Australian and US offices, and directly with our represented talent and most valued clients.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 9.30am-5.30pm GMT with overtime as reasonably required. Applicants are required to work from our central London co-working space on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week, and attend events and meetings as required, so proximity to London is a must.
Salary range is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
The Jacky Winter Group is an artist agency and production studio with offices in London, New York City, and Melbourne.
Representing over a hundred commercial artists, we solicit and produce thousands of creative briefs a year. Ranging from highly visual campaigns and activations to animated commercials and environmental installations, catering primarily to advertising agencies, brands, publishers, and design studios.

This is primarily a production position which requires relevant interest and experience, ideally from the advertising or creative industries. While we are responsible for a lot of creative work, and deeply value the inherent creative nature of being producers, the nature of the role is also relationship-driven, administrative and incorporates elements of sales and fostering new business development.
